Customer Solutions Manager, Global Financial Services, Cloud Transformation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Solutions Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our global financial services team, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of cloud-based solutions and leading the transformation of large financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities- Cloud Enablement: Develop and implement cloud enablement strategies to drive customer adoption and migration to the cloud.
- Transformation Leadership: Lead the transformation of large financial institutions, driving business and technical change to achieve customer goals.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and developing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Cloud Migration: Plan and execute cloud migrations, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to customer operations.
- Value Realization: Work with customers to realize value from their cloud investments, driving business outcomes and ROI.
- 10+ years of experience delivering technology initiatives, including 5+ years of customer-facing experience delivering transformations for large enterprises with global operations and multiple stakeholders.
- Cross-functional leadership, collaboration, operations, and data-driven problem-solving.
- Experience of Scrum or SAFe and/or PMP/PgMP.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- AWS Certification(s) with experience delivering AWS and/or other cloud services to realize business strategy.
- Experience working with global financial services customers (Banking, Payments, Capital Markets, Insurance).
- Consultancy experience as a technology delivery lead and trusted advisor to external customer(s), with executive-level presence and communication skills.
- Versed in Software DevOps and Cloud Operating Models.
- Experience working within a public cloud sales organization.
- MBA degree or equivalent.
