Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager - Web Content Specialist to join our team at Ria Digital. As a key member of our content team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust content strategy that drives web growth and enhances the user experience for Ria's public website and app in the EU market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, design, and business stakeholders, to drive content initiatives that increase web engagement and conversion.
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with Ria Digital's mission and goals, focusing on customer-centric web content that creates value and inspires action.
  • Design and implement user experience (UX) solutions that enhance the overall web experience for Ria's customers.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and content strategy.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Ria's brand voice and tone, ensuring consistency across all web content.
  • Work closely with the Director of Content Marketing to develop and implement content initiatives that drive business results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and UX design, with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates expertise in these areas.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of SEO principles and best practices, with the ability to optimize web content for search engines.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, design, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform content decisions.
