Project Manager for Belgium Market Growth

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for developing our partnership with a French company specializing in informing citizens about their social benefits and helping them to obtain these benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a growth strategy for the common business on the Belgium market
  • Own the conversion funnel and be responsible for its growth, including website development, monetization, and sales process improvement
  • Conduct local market research and compile public data to develop an understanding of the market
  • Manage the digital tool and monitor its development by the technical team
  • Define and follow-up of a digital acquisition campaign, in conjunction with Selectra's specialized department
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics or Google Search Console
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Country Manager to define and monitor lead handling processes
Requirements:
  • Dutch / Flemish is your mother tongue, French is a big plus, Spanish a small plus
  • Fluency in English
  • Interest in digital marketing best practices (SEO/SEA) and previous experience in content management and/or web marketing
  • Autonomy, proactivity, and ability to structure and process data
