About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Strategy Specialist to join our Strategic Planning & Customer Value Team within the Management Accounting team in Finance. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial planning of the bank and supporting the organization towards our financial ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior management to deliver on our strategy, providing financial expertise and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Contribute to the transformation of our operational model, focusing on customer value and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models and excel spreadsheets to support financial planning and analysis.
  • Monitor competition and sector development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and projects.
Requirements
  • Master's or bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in banking and/or strategy consulting.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Proven experience in advanced financial modeling and excel, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong project planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and cooperation skills, with the ability to interact with all departments and colleagues.
