About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Strategy Specialist to join our Strategic Planning & Customer Value Team in Finance. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial planning of the bank and supporting the organization towards our financial ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior management to deliver on our strategy, providing financial expertise and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Contribute to the transformation of our operational model, focusing on customer value and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models and excel spreadsheets to support financial planning and analysis.
  • Prepare strategic papers and presentations, translating complex financial data into concise and powerful insights.
  • Monitor business performance, analyzing financial data and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Lead efficiency projects to drive expenses management and business impact.
Requirements
  • Master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in banking and/or strategy consulting.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with proven experience in advanced financial modeling and excel.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and identify key insights.
  • Proven project planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and cooperation skills, with the ability to interact with all departments and colleagues.
