Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Services Sector, you will be responsible for managing client interactions and building strong relationships with C-level stakeholders.

You will apply your knowledge of business and organizational principles to construct actionable insights, supervise work, and develop strategic plans. Your responsibilities will include project management oversight, developing presentations, managing external relationships, and providing status reports.

You will conduct analyses to define client needs, supervise research activities, and oversee the formulation of research hypotheses and advanced data analyses. Your expertise in the Financial Services Industry is essential, with a minimum of 6 years of consulting experience and at least 1 year at a project lead level.

We are looking for a strong leader with excellent management and communication skills, who can bring together all stakeholders and persuade senior clients to act on our advice. If you have a proven ability to manage client engagements, client relationships, and provide guidance to teams, we want to hear from you.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in the Financial Services Industry
  • Over 6 years of consulting experience, with relevant industry experience in strategy, business consulting, and Digitalization projects
  • At least 1 year at a project lead level
  • Strong management and communication skills
  • The ability to bring together all stakeholders and persuade senior clients to act on our advice
