Job Description
The Senior Controller role is responsible for consolidating and analyzing financial information to support business decisions. This includes monitoring the business unit's P&L compliance, authorized discounts, promotional plans, and identifying deviations that impact established objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and expertise regarding profitability and financial measures.
- Analyze financial information and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to obtain necessary information for analysis and project evaluation.
- Manage closing activities, process optimization, and internal controls.
- Evaluate pricing initiatives and promotional plans to ensure profitability and adherence to financial guidelines.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in financial planning or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and numerical aptitude.
- Organizational skills and effective priority management.
- Demonstrates proactivity, initiative, and determination.
- Intermediate level of English proficiency.
