Our Finance Department
We are seeking an ambitious and talented individual to join our Finance Department as Junior Controller in Madrid. This role will support the Manager Controller in financial controlling, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy in reporting and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support preparation of monthly financial reporting (P&L)
- Identify efficiency opportunities
- Omitize and automatize current reporting files
- Generate management and performance reports for the local unit
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Degree in Economics and Finance, ideally with a focus on Controlling/Accounting
- Maximum 3-4 years' experience in a financial role
- Excellent ability to work collaboratively across functions and cultures in a global environment
- Analytical skills and hands-on approach to tasks and initiatives
Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is €45,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. We offer a competitive package that includes benefits such as DEOLEO Welcome basket, DEOLEO Live Green digital tour, Fruit in the office, and access to our Deoleo Learning Academy.
