**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for an ambitious and talented profile to join our **Finance **Department** as **Accounts Payable/Receivable**, **Located at our headquarters in Madrid

**MISSION**:
Accounts Payable/Receivable España. Como miembro del CSC su responsabilidad principal es gestionar y coordinar eficientemente los procesos relacionados con las cuentas a pagar y cuentas a cobrar de la central. Esto implica la recepción, verificación y registro de facturas, gestión de pedidos, interlocución con otros miembros de la compañía, además de apoyo en los cierres contables. Asegurando la exactitud y puntualidad todos los procesos.

**KNOWLEDGE**
- Bachelor’s degree in administration and management, Vocational Training in Administration and Finance, Business or similar.
- Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes and practices.
- Understanding of accounting and financial principles.
- Medium-high level of English, Italian is a plus.
- Familiarity with accounting systems and financial software, SAP is valuable.
- Understanding of tax regulations and regulations related to financial transactions.

**SKILLS**
- Analytical skills to review and reconcile accounts.
- Proficiency in efficient time management and prioritization of tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Precision and attention to detail.

**KEY FUNCTIONS**:

- Receipt and review of supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Efficient recording and accounting of invoices.
- Monitor outstanding balances.
- Coordination with internal departments to obtain approvals and resolve discrepancies in invoices.
- Maintenance and regular updating of accounts payable records.
- Maintain up-to-date records of financial transactions related to accounts receivable.
- Support in the timely processing of payments to suppliers, ensuring compliance with agreed deadlines.
- Accounts payable/receivable reconciliation to ensure accurate reconciliation with vendor and customer statements.
- Collaborate on updates, revisions in the homologation process and supplier master.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address issues related to accounts receivable.
- Proactive communication with stakeholders to solve problems and maintain strong business relationships.
- Reporting directly to the CSC manager and the director of administration and accounting.

**EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCES**
- Minimum experience of 2-3 years in accounting and finance positions in the area of accounts payable and/or receivable.
- Familiarity in the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement in financial processes.
