We are seeking an experienced Finance Professional to join our Finance Department as a Senior Controller - North Europe, based in Madrid. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our business growth and success.
Job Responsibilities:- Financial Analysis and Planning: Consolidate and analyze financial information to support decision-making through monitoring business unit P&L compliance, authorized discounts, promotional plans, and identifying deviations that impact established objectives.
- Leadership and Expertise: Provide leadership and expertise regarding profitability and the use of financial measures.
- Analysis and Profitability: Conduct and coordinate analysis of income statements by channel, chain, and client, identifying deviations from budget, projections, and prior year figures.
- Pricing and Discounts: Track compliance with customer pricing structures and scenario analysis models.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in financial planning, administrative areas of commercial or sales departments, with 3 years in similar roles.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong analytical skills and numerical aptitude, organizational skills and effective priority management, proactivity, initiative, and determination.
- Language: Intermediate level of English, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and preferably Power BI.
The estimated salary for this position is approximately €60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
