Your Opportunity with UsWe are seeking an experienced and talented professional to join Deoleo as a Global Trade Marketing & Revenue Growth Manager in Madrid. In this role, you will support our Trade Marketing and Revenue Growth Management units by defining global strategies, guidelines, and frameworks to ensure the correct planning, execution, and tracking of our business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesDefine strategic guidelines and frameworks to ensure alignment and correct local deployment of our trade marketing and revenue growth management strategic levers. Transfer our defined vision and shared objectives to different teams, ensuring correct alignment and local support if needed. Define required reporting and shared KPIs to be completed among business units. Support the development of strategic business plans, ensuring our vision is reflected within the organization. Provide a global POS toolkit, acting as a handbook for all markets, including main action levers for internal usage and external agencies. Define budget allocation guidelines to act as a frame of reference. Build shared assets for Key Account Managers, including category training material, commercial onboarding, process handbook, negotiation techniques, etc. Collaborate with Global Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align our trade marketing and revenue growth management initiatives with overall business strategies and ensure effective execution. Collaborate on the development of our Trade Marketing & Revenue Growth Community, involving the consolidation of resources among business units, facilitating best practice sharing and standardization of content, such as customer segmentation methodologies and recommended planograms. Share regular updates on the latest industry trends to support all stakeholders in staying at the forefront of innovation.
RequirementsDemonstrated leadership in driving core trade marketing and revenue growth projects and functions forward. Proficiency in trade marketing strategies to translate marketing vision into actionable plans. In-depth industry knowledge and market trends to anticipate market volatility, competitive threats, and growth opportunities to nurture strategic plans. Capability to lead organizational change initiatives and drive adoption of new processes, strategies, and global best practices. Excellent coordination and project management skills to facilitate seamless communication within the organization.
