We are seeking an ambitious and talented individual to join our Global Operations Team as a Junior Innovation Project Manager in our Global Headquarters in Madrid.

This role will deliver a standardized approach to innovation project delivery, manage resources, and provide visibility into portfolio status. You will work closely with teams across Operations, Global Quality, Marketing & Commercial/Sales, and Business Unit Managers to ensure timely and proper development of innovation projects.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing a well-defined project management process, creating tools and templates, and providing training in best practices.
  • Coordinating and managing resources across departments to ensure the successful delivery of innovation projects.
  • Assisting in team development and holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing obstacles to their work.

The ideal candidate will have a university education, fluency in English and Spanish, and experience in project management, preferably in the FMCG industry. Knowledge of Agile and Traditional project management principles and practices is essential. Experience working with diverse teams in a matrix environment and good communication skills are also required.
