Position Overview

As a Customer Success Insights Analyst at Autodesk, you will play a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction through data-driven insights. You will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations to inform business strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to support customer success initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions
  • Analyze large datasets to identify opportunities for process improvements and customer experience enhancements
  • Communicate complex insights and recommendations to senior management and business stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform data-driven strategies
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field, such as business intelligence, data analytics, or customer success
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with statistical analysis software, such as R or Python, and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of customer success principles
