Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Outcome Assessment Consultant to join our Patient-Centered Solutions team in Madrid, Amsterdam. As a Consultant, you will play a key role in developing and communicating strategic insights and recommendations to clients, and for the operational aspects of project management in the field of patient-centered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the day-to-day project manager for clients and junior team members, ensuring seamless project delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Develop broad scientific skills and further develop consulting skills to generate hypotheses, conduct research, and deliver findings in strategically relevant ways to meet client needs.
  • Partner with Scientific Leads to develop study material and conduct patient-centered research, including literature reviews, interviews with healthcare professionals and patients, and quantitative or qualitative analysis.
  • Create reports and presentations, and facilitate workshops to effectively communicate complex information to clients.
  • Participate in business development and support proposal development to identify new business opportunities and grow the company's presence in the market.
  • Engage in the development of intellectual property for use on future consulting engagements, ensuring the company's expertise and knowledge are leveraged to drive business growth.
  • Lead special initiatives such as knowledge management and process improvement to drive efficiency and excellence within the team.

Requirements

  • An advanced academic science degree in public health, epidemiology, psychology, sociology, medical anthropology, health economics, or another related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in at least 1 of the above fields, including experience in project management, COA/PRO, patient preference, and/or real-world evidence methods.
  • Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting, facilitating meetings and workshops, and report writing.
  • Demonstrable analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others.
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
  • An ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in multi-disciplinary and international teams.
