About the Role

IQVIA is a leading healthcare consulting firm that leverages data and science to drive innovation in the industry. As a Manager in our Patient-Centered Solutions team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients find better solutions for their patients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee a portfolio of projects in patient-centred research, developing and communicating strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
  2. Collaborate directly with IQVIA's senior leaders and independently manage client relationships on each project.
  3. Coach and direct junior team members, developing their skills and expertise.
  4. Develop a broad knowledge of patient science and its application in evidence generation and dissemination, regulatory and market access strategy.
  5. Partner with scientific team members to develop study materials and conduct patient-centered research.
  6. Integrate results from research and analysis workstreams into strategic recommendations.
  7. Create reports, presentations, and facilitate workshops to communicate findings to clients.
  8. Contribute to business development and assist with or lead proposal development.
  9. Support people-related activities such as recruitment, training, and development.
  10. Lead special initiatives such as knowledge management and process improvement.
  11. Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their career development.
Requirements
  1. An advanced academic science degree in public health, epidemiology, psychology, sociology, medical anthropology, health economics, or another related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in at least one of the above fields.
  3. Previous experience in strategic consulting and project management.
  4. Previous exposure to COA/PRO, patient preference, and/or real-world evidence methods.
  5. Advanced knowledge of the healthcare regulatory processes and international payer systems.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting, facilitating meetings and workshops, and report writing.
  7. Demonstrable analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills.
  8. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others.
  9. An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
  10. An ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in multi-disciplinary and international teams.
