About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Dutch-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support to Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
  • Utilize your excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, both written and spoken.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and valuable assistance to customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve our customer support practices and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is a must, as you will be the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers.
  • Adaptability to on-site work is essential, as you will be working in a dynamic office environment.
