Key Responsibilities- Support the Sales Team: Prepare and transmit commercial sales arguments, ensuring their correct and homogeneous implementation.
- Create and Develop Local Marketing Plans: Generate local marketing plans, coordinate and follow-up on strategies and complaints, and identify and evaluate contacts of interest.
- Training and Education: Organize and participate in external scientific, clinical, or informative events to stay updated on new developments and trends.
- Local Products Launches: Develop a plan, strategy, and marketing approach for new product launches.
- Bachelor's Degree in the Life Sciences field.
- Experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry (sales, marketing, and/or scientific) and hospital sector.
- High Level of English (minimum B2).
- Microsoft Office Tools proficiency.
- Strong Work Ethic and ability to exercise good judgment, results-oriented, and attention to detail.
- Strong Organizational, Analytical, and Problem-Solving Skills with the ability to make structured decisions.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels in a team environment.
- Availability to Travel (around 30%-40%).
