Job Title: CRM Manager

We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to join our team at Rocket Digital. As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for implementing, integrating, and migrating CRM and marketing automation platforms for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and provide trusted advisory services.
  • Lead a team to deliver consulting services to clients, identifying issues, goals, and objectives, and providing solutions and strategies.
  • Accurately scope, design, build, and maintain solutions meeting client goals.
  • Audit the use of CRM and marketing automation platforms, providing guidance for businesses looking to maximize their platform applications use and success.
  • Translate business requirements into technical project specifications and well-designed systems.
  • Work closely with other departments and with customers to develop new tools, processes, and frameworks to drive product adoption.
  • Train customers on how to effectively utilize CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Advise on integrations and manage any integration projects with clients and integration partners.
Requirements:
  • Native Spanish and fluent in English.
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and soft skills.
  • Experience working closely with Tech, Marketing, and Sales teams.
