Job Purpose
As a Process Analyst in our Cloud Systems & Services team, you will be involved in projects that aim to enhance quality, streamline operations, and reduce errors within our Cloud Marketplace. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including management, sales teams, IT, and customers, to gather and analyze data, providing valuable recommendations. Your goal will be to ensure our TD SYNNEX Country sales teams offer top-notch service and work closely with vendors for seamless platform utilization.

Responsibilities
• Map process flows across Operations teams and collect, document, and analyze data to identify process gaps and support process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiencies.
• Create process maps and document key business requirements needed to evaluate opportunities.
• Create value stream maps to identify and highlight potential areas of improvement.
• Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional / cross-organization meetings between stakeholders on various end-to-end business processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis of process inefficiencies by examining material flow, scheduling, production capacity, and constraints.
• Document Operational As-is processes and the desired Future State processes.
• Define SLAs and measure results.
• Deploy new operational processes and escalate them as needed.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Cloud Systems & Services team and contribute to the development of impactful strategies and deliver exceptional systems across Europe. You will work closely with Business Unit leaders and partners to design innovative processes, like automated billing and procurement systems, while analyzing and improving existing processes. You will also contribute to quality improvement projects and document business processes.
