Your primary objective will be to ensure our TD SYNNEX Country sales teams offer top-notch service and work closely with vendors for seamless platform utilization.
You will help design innovative processes, like automated billing and procurement systems, while analyzing and improving existing processes.
Additionally, you will contribute to quality improvement projects and document business processes.
Our team's mission includes rolling out various Cloud solutions across 21+ European countries. You will work closely with Business Unit leaders and partners to develop impactful strategies and deliver exceptional systems across Europe.

Responsibilities- Mapping of process flows across Operations teams
- Collection, documentation, and analysis of data
- Identification of process gaps and support of process improvement initiatives
- Create process maps and document key business requirements
- Create value stream maps to identify potential areas of improvement
- Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings between stakeholders
- Conduct root cause analysis of process inefficiencies
- Document Operational As-is processes and the desired Future State processes
- Define SLAs and measure results
- Deploy new operational processes and escalate them as needed
- Maintain, manage, and constantly improve central processes
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills in English language
- Proficient Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Ability to work autonomously and independently
- Out-of-the-box thinking mentality
- Proficient in the use of analytic tools
- Project experience in Software Licensing, Support, or Customer Service functions
- Understanding of the IT Software / Services / SaaS industry
- IT Channel experience, Pan European distributors, or Software vendor experience
- Knowledge of finance and accounting processes
