Regional Growth Strategist for Microsoft Dynamics Partners

We are looking to hire a skilled Regional Growth Strategist for our Microsoft Dynamics partners. This role will be based in Spain and will involve working closely with our Companial team to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and revenue through our partner network.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and experience working with Dynamics 365 Business Central. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The Regional Growth Strategist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing plans to capture them. This will involve working closely with our existing partners to understand their needs and goals, as well as identifying potential new partners and building relationships with them. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing financial-economic parameters and processing data in our reporting systems.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Identifying and prioritizing new business opportunities
• Developing business plans to capture these opportunities
• Managing relationships with existing and new partners
• Analyzing and interpreting financial-economic data to inform business decisions
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to our partners

Requirements for the role include a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the IT industry and the small and medium-sized business sector. A solid understanding of local legislations and proficiency in Spanish language is also essential. Bonus points for familiarity with implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central projects and migrating legacy systems
