Director Global Business Transformation

About the Role:

The Director of Global Business Transformation at Reconocida empresa is a key member of our Business Excellence Leadership team, responsible for driving continuous improvement and creating value for our stakeholders. This role requires a strong leader with excellent financial acumen, change management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and drive process improvement opportunities across all regions, utilizing Lean Management, Six Sigma, and Business Process Management Systems.
  2. Lead the Digital Transformation Journey across EMEA, NORAM, LATAM, and APAC, collaborating with technology upgrades.
  3. Develop and implement frameworks, methodologies, and tools for driving process excellence and creating a culture of continuous improvement.
  4. Provide strategic guidance and support the implementation of Service Excellence/BPI/Digitization strategy within regions.
  5. Monitor business performance and operating results, taking steps to correct shortfalls through Service Excellence/BPI initiatives.
  6. Collaborate with operational leadership and represented workgroups to develop and implement sustainable solutions.
  7. Provide effective coaching/mentoring in Business Transformation & Process Digitization.

Requirements:

  1. Extensive operations experience, ideally in an ADP Service organization.
  2. Extensive experience in successfully executing on Business Transformation and Process Digitisation initiatives.
  3. Excellent Financial Acumen.
  4. High level of ability to collaborate and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
