Technical Application Scientist II, Chemistry, French and English Language Specialist

About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide technical support for our Chemical product lines and services. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for answering customer technical inquiries, recording pertinent information, and participating in frequent trainings on products and new applications.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for Thermo Fisher Scientific Chemical product lines and services via telephone, email, or web chat
- Accurately record pertinent information from customer contacts in our Customer Relationship Management system
- Participate in frequent trainings on products and continue education on new applications and technologies
- Recommend and implement improvements in processes, FAQ, and technical information
- Participate in additional special team or individual projects
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a similar field
- 1-5 years laboratory experience
- Effective communication, both written and oral
- Customer centricity
- Proficient in English and French
