The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chemistry Expert to join our Technical Support team. As a Technical Application Scientist II, you will provide technical support for our Chemical product lines and services, answering customer inquiries and resolving complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via various communication channels, including email, phone, and web chat
  • Accurately record customer interactions in our Customer Relationship Management system
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on new products, applications, and technologies
  • Recommend process improvements and implement changes to enhance customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field
  • 1-5 years of laboratory experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in English and French
