As a key member of our technical support team, you will provide expert technical guidance and support to our customers, leveraging your knowledge of chemistry and Italian and English language skills to resolve complex technical inquiries.
Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support for Thermo Fisher Scientific chemical product lines and services
* Answer customer technical inquiries via telephone, email, or web chat
* Accurately record pertinent information from customer contacts in our Customer Relationship Management system
* Participate in frequent trainings on products and continue education on new applications and technologies
* Recommend and implement improvements in processes, FAQ, and technical information
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a similar field
* 1-5 years laboratory experience
* Effective communication, both written and oral
* Customer-centric attitude
* Proficient in Italian and English
