Senior Systems Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Systems and Safety Analysis Manager to lead our team in Europe. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing workload planning and resource assignments for a team of engineers in multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of engineers with diverse skills and functions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
- Develop and implement organizational, personnel development, and resource planning strategies to align with company goals.
- Ensure close communication with related functional teams and leadership to drive project success.
- Interface with EMEA and Americas BUs to ensure resource alignment and skillset development.
- Onboard new employees, establish mentoring and development plans, and set day-to-day operational objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of applicable engineering experience with strong leadership skills.
- Knowledge of nuclear power plant design and experience with safety and/or severe accident analysis.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to organize and delegate work.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and making presentations.
- Ability to gather and analyze input, evaluate alternatives, and make effective decisions.
- Willingness to travel for resource and project-related needs.
- Multi-lingual, including strong English speaking and written skills.
- Ability to manage a multi-located team.
