Key Responsibilities- Manage internal department calendars and meeting agendas
- Process payments and reimbursements
- Organize travel and accommodation related to departmental activities
- Plan and manage events
- Perform administrative tasks related to academic and training activities
- 3-7 years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Undergraduate degree or professional certification in a related field
- Experience in an academic or research environment, preferably in global health-related institutions
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace applications
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Advanced written and spoken English required. Other advanced languages, including Spanish, Catalan, and Portuguese, are highly valued.
Working ConditionsPart-time (50%) contract for 1 year, subject to renewal. Salary range: Technic II.
