Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant to join our Education & Training Department at Instituto De Salud Global De Barcelona. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing departmental activities, including scheduling, payments, travel arrangements, and events planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage internal department calendars and meeting agendas
  • Process payments and reimbursements
  • Organize travel and accommodation related to departmental activities

Requirements
  • 3-7 years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Undergraduate degree or professional certification in a related field
  • Experience in an academic or research environment, preferably in global health-related institutions
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace applications
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Language Requirements

Advanced written and spoken English required. Other advanced languages, including Spanish, Catalan, and Portuguese, are highly valued.

Working Conditions

Part-time (50%) contract for 1 year, subject to renewal. Salary range: Technic II.
