Administrative Coordinator

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of our centers in Barcelona and Vallromanes. Your duties will include preparing payment forecasts and remittances, processing client refunds, and handling gift card incidents. You will also be in charge of billing control, tracking cash and credit card sales, and collecting and filing documents according to company standards.
You will act as the first point of contact for suppliers, managing invoices, delivery notes, and problem-solving related to them. You will also be responsible for welcoming suppliers and opening the door for deliveries as needed.
The team will support you from the first day and will guide you in acquiring new knowledge. This is an exciting opportunity to join our new site in Barcelona.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
- Polyvalent and able to multitask, with a focus on details
- Flexible and able to work on your own initiative
