Job Description

The Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Career Development Center, ensuring the day-to-day running of activities and events to aid IESE students in their job search.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support with internal technical platforms, the department's mailbox, data reports, organization of events, liaison with other departments, purchasing orders, etc.
  • Manage job platform: approving new companies, inserting new job postings, managing deadlines, generating CV books, and giving feedback from companies, controlling student offers, and updating the system accordingly.
  • Take ownership and coordinate activities online and on-campus ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Key Tasks
  • Posting job opportunities, sending CV books, organizing interviews, internal workshops, Career Forums, corporate presentations, case competitions, student club conferences, surveys, and networking events.
  • Event organization including scheduling, publishing in the student platform, logistics (room, technician, and F&B bookings), invitations, attendance check, and post-delivery follow-up.
  • Be the liaison between students, companies, and IESE by responding to inquiries and solving issues from companies, students, and visitors over the phone and in person.
  • Assist the Associate Directors in finding new companies recruiting on campus and making contact by email and phone (Business Development).
  • Produce documents and/or presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

This is a key role within the Career Development Center, requiring strong organizational and communication skills to ensure the smooth operation of all activities and events.
