Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Acceptance Delivery Manager to join Airbus Defence and Space in San Pablo, Sevilla.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the achievement of programme objectives to customer satisfaction in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations.
  • Participate in the PATM phase to anticipate any risk for the Acceptance & Delivery process.
  • Support the Acceptance readiness with the Customer until the initiation of the Acceptance & Delivery process.
  • Ensure the status of the Aircraft documentation and closure for every milestone.
  • Lead the coordination and Delivery of Aircraft Customer Items.
  • Work on a constructive customer relationship through fair and consistent treatment.
  • Support hospitality activities with customers during the Acceptance Process.
  • Collect the voice of the Customer through the Customer Satisfaction Survey, coordinate the answers and follow-up on related improvement actions.

Requirements:

  • Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years in similar roles.
  • High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a networking mode.
  • Advanced level in English.
