Job Title: Renewals Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Renewals Specialist to support our growth and day-to-day operations. As a Renewals Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop and negotiate commercial proposals to meet our customers' diverse needs. Your role will involve teamwork, attention to detail, and effective communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate with customers to cover their needs while maintaining Avature's interests.
  • Interact with different teams to understand account backgrounds and develop offers.
  • Review, understand, and document existing services provided to customers.
  • Utilize our renewals process to deliver renewed contracts on time.

Requirements: We are looking for a candidate with great organizational skills, a proactive approach, and analytical mindset. You should have affinity with numbers, advanced written and spoken English, and be adaptable and a fast learner. A background in procurement/accounting/finance roles is a plus. Permanent residency in Argentina is required.
