About the Role:
As a Renewals Specialist at Avature, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and day-to-day operations of our SaaS business. You will work with some of the largest and most dynamic companies in the market, developing and negotiating commercial proposals to meet their unique needs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the different roles of customer stakeholders and adapt your communication style to match their needs.
- Investigate different scenarios to develop proposals that meet our customers' varied requirements.
- Navigate the customer decision-making process to aid in completing renewals on time.
- Deliver a friendly, harmonious, and efficient experience for all involved in the contract renewal process.
About You:
- Great organizational skills and a proactive approach.
- An analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Affinity with numbers (Excel skills are a must).
- Advanced written and spoken English.
- Adaptable and fast learner.
