Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Customer Lifecycle Manager to join our team at Personalbüro U. Herrmann. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic sales leadership and strong cross-business collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers, maintaining effective communication and ensuring timely resolution of customer calls while delivering high-quality support.
  • Travel Support: Handle customer inquiries and provide support for travel-related questions, make flight reservations, and modify existing reservations using Amadeus.
  • Logistics and Administration: Log all interactions accurately using the Client's Contact Management System and maintain positive communication with team members, customers, and partners.
  • Escalation and Problem-Solving: Escalate issues to the appropriate department following Client's Procedures and adapt support approach to accommodate customers of varying experience levels.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Intermediate or fluent English (verbal and written), fluent or native Dutch or Norwegian (verbal and written).
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success and minimum 1 year of IT industry experience required.
  • Education: High school diploma required; a BA/4-year degree would be an advantage.
  • Skills: Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs, and experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions would be an advantage.
  • Personal Qualities: Achievement- and success-driven personality, motivated by performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals, and strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written, and verbal business communication skills.
