Sales Floor Leadership

The Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in driving store productivity and profitability through team development, goal achievement, and adherence to Coach Standards.

We seek an exceptional leader who will set the tone on the sales floor, provide constructive feedback to the team, and strive to exceed Coach Service standards. In return, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team and contribute to the growth of a rapidly expanding luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of store operations and support the Store Manager in achieving business objectives;
  • Show leadership by modeling Coach Service behaviors and selling standards;
  • Demonstrate empowerment to resolve customer complaints and meet customer needs;
  • Inspire the team to meet and exceed performance targets;
  • Act as an advocate for the team, motivating others to achieve results;
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including the Store Manager, peers, supervisors, and corporate partners;
  • Assist in developing plans to address key business issues and implement strategies to drive business growth;
  • Influence others to gain support for goals and projects;
  • Demonstrate effective time management skills.

Requirements

  • Experience in a retail service environment, preferably in a management role;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff, as well as navigate sales processes;
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Coach is an equal opportunities employer and prides itself on hiring and developing top talent.
