Job Description: Credit and Collections Senior Manager
The Credit and Collections Senior Manager role at Amphenol Tcs is a critical position that requires a seasoned professional to manage the credit and collections functions for Europe and MEA. This individual will be responsible for ensuring effective internal controls are developed and maintained to manage cash flow and credit risk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly manage the credit and collections functions for Europe and MEA
- Develop and maintain effective internal controls to manage cash flow and credit risk
- Ensure consistent and appropriate payment terms and timely collections
- Work with Sales/CSR to resolve collection issues
- Review and approve letters of credit in conjunction with treasury/Finance
- Oversee cash flow applications/projections and dispute resolutions
- Manage allowances for doubtful accounts
- Enforce and control adherence to the credit policy
- Review and manage order releases
- Participate in ad hoc A/R reporting queries and project support
Requirements:
- Reputable financial qualification
- Good understanding of SAP ERP systems
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Proven leadership and analytical skills
- At least 5 years' experience working in credit & collections in a multinational environment
- Sound knowledge of various statutory requirements and regulations
