Job Title: Global Employee Relations Specialist

Ebury, a leading FinTech firm, is seeking a highly skilled Global Employee Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in managing and resolving complex employee relations issues across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for managing employee relations globally, aligned with the organization's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to design programs that enhance workplace culture, engagement, and productivity.
  • Lead investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and disputes, ensuring thorough, timely, and impartial resolution.
  • Provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in compliance with company policies and local employment laws.
  • Ensure company practices comply with international employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in an Employee Relations, HR generalist, or a similar role, with a focus on global or multinational organizations.
  • Proven track record of handling complex ER cases, investigations, and conflict resolution in diverse cultural settings.
  • Strong knowledge of global employment laws, practices, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
