Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative who speaks fluent Swedish and has excellent communication skills. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting customer issues, providing accurate and efficient solutions.
- Documenting and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided.

- Contributing to process improvements and sharing customer feedback to enhance overall customer support.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Native or near-native fluency in Swedish and excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
