Are you a sales leader looking for a new challenge? Oracle is recruiting a Cloud Technology Sales Manager to lead their SMB French team.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in management and a proven track record of driving sales excellence in a fast-paced digital environment.

Responsibilities include leading a team of 8 Cloud Platform Reps, developing the sales team through talent selection, motivation, and coaching, and defining and allocating account-responsibility, territories, and targets to the sales team.

The Cloud Technology Sales Manager will have the opportunity to define, evolve, and develop the sales team to meet and exceed business goals and expectations.

Experience selling Oracle cloud products and managing or selling to key cloud accounts is essential.

The role requires excellent communication and influencing skills, as well as the ability to drive change and consistently deliver results.
