Iberia RRP Head

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our Reduced-Risk Products (RRP) initiative in the Iberia Cluster. As Iberia RRP Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing holistic marketing and commercial strategies to drive market share and consumer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the evolution of the RRP portfolio and consumer ecosystem across non-traditional channels, online platforms, retail, and consumer care, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies.
- Oversee the entire consumer journey across offline and online channels, ensuring a seamless experience and synergies across the Iberia Cluster.
- Lead initiatives in coordination with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, using data and analytics to inform future decisions and align with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a large, diverse marketing team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Act as a senior point of contact for RRP insights and business needs, providing actionable recommendations to key decision-makers in the market, region, and HQ.
- Proven experience in 360° marketing management, with a strong track record in strategy development.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to drive strategic decision-making.
- Expertise in project management, overseeing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated success in people management, with experience leading large, diverse teams.
- The ability to thrive in complex, ambiguous environments, making key decisions with confidence.
