Welcome to WorkMotion, where we're expanding our presence in the Western European market. As a key player in this endeavor, you'll drive our growth through strategic outbound and inbound prospecting efforts.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to expand our presence in Benelux, Nordics, and UKI
  • Represent WorkMotion at local fairs and international conferences to build relationships and generate leads
  • Generate and qualify sales leads to turn into opportunities and closed business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement effective inbound lead generation strategies
  • Support WM's strategic market expansion goals by actively participating in local fairs, connecting with target audiences, and generating qualified leads
  • Work closely with Account Executives to optimize the current workflow by sharing ideas and implementing new strategies
  • Provide insights and feedback to refine marketing strategies based on direct prospect interactions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of lead conversion processes through data-driven analysis and experimentation
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in a customer-facing, ideally sales-related role, such as Lead Generation, Promoter, or Fundraiser etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in any communication-related (Foreign Languages, Humanities) or business-related field - or qualification by equivalent, relevant experience
  • Tech-savvy with motivation and capacity to master new tools, such as CRMs (HubSpot)
  • Native-level skills in English required, Dutch and Swedish are a plus
  • Proactive nature with the ability to solve problems with a sense of urgency
  • Great communicator, convincing both in spoken and written language
  • Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
  • Active in relationship building, collaborating with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows
