We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team at European Telemedicine Clinic in Barcelona. This is a full-time position that requires a Bachelor's degree or master's degree in technical/process engineering/QA/ Medical Device discipline, with significant related professional experience within the laboratory environment.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of medical device regulation and/or in-vitro diagnostic directive regulation. They must be able to affect change and demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organizational & communication skills with excellent attention to detail.

In this role, you will promote a culture of quality by educating others in quality management system fundamentals, programs, and tools. You will monitor the compliance readiness of suppliers of commercial CE-IVD devices with IVDR, contribute to the continuous improvement of indicators and dashboards, and implement preventive and corrective actions during the IVDR Implementation project.

You will provide support on the implementation of the risk management procedure in all laboratories and contribute to Quality Management activities and training related to new procedures design and maintenance. Additionally, you will provide support under PMO supervision on the activities related to the implementation of the European In-Vitro Diagnostic Regulation (IVDR) in all laboratories and follow up on Regulatory Intelligence.
