About the Role:

As a Scale Partner Development Representative at Aws Emea Sarl (Spain Branch), you will play a critical role in nurturing and developing a large number of partners across multiple technology stacks for Amazon Web Services. This is an exciting opportunity to recruit, develop, and support GTM and Sales for our community of AWS Partner Network (APN) Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize and innovate ways of onboarding and managing Consulting Partners, including Systems Integrators, Business Consulting, and Managed Services Providers that are moving to the cloud.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to further develop partner strategies and processes.
  • Utilize CRM systems and other analytic tools to establish detailed metrics and coordinate strategic, cross-functional deep dives and impact assessments against selected business critical issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience in business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management.
