About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Engineer to join our team in the olive oil equipment division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, providing expert technical support to customers, and building strong relationships within the industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and buying behavior.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans for the business division.
  • Actively participate in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Establish strong connections with customers through regular visits, meetings, and personalized communication.
  • Provide expert technical and commercial support to agents and customers.
  • Accurately record and track sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and partners to identify and resolve complex project challenges.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the agro-industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of olive oil production processes and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • A passion for driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
