About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Celonis. As a key member of our product marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product positioning, messaging, and launches for our IT domain solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Positioning:
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our IT domain solutions and their value proposition.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
    • Craft compelling pitch decks, demos, keynotes, and event sessions tailored to the target audience.
  2. Market Mastery:
    • Utilize sales engagement, market research, and competitive intelligence to dominate the IT domain market.
    • Partner with the product management team to strategize and launch new products, ensuring ongoing adoption.
  3. Inform Product Strategy:
    • Develop a deep understanding of buyer behaviors, criteria, and influencers to inform product strategies.
    • Collaborate with the demand generation team to develop impactful campaigns driving pipeline growth.
  4. Product Adoption and Success:
    • Work closely with the content marketing team to produce compelling materials such as solution briefs, white papers, blogs, videos, and third-party articles.
    • Establish thought leadership by participating in events, social media, press, and industry analyst engagements.
Requirements
  1. 6+ years of experience working in software product management, presales, consulting or product marketing.
  2. Experience with ERP, Data analytics, Automation, or AI technologies.
  3. Excited about technical concepts and speaking with CIOs and IT audiences about their requirements.
  4. Experience presenting at conferences and customer engagements.
  5. Highly logical and analytical, with an enthusiasm for connecting dots between ideas.
  6. Proactive, with strong ownership of all the workstreams you touch.
  7. Agile and team-oriented, ability to give and receive feedback, change tack, and collaborate with a team to achieve a goal.
  8. A bias towards action and delivering measurable results with a consistent track record of successful projects.
