Job Description

Wolters Kluwer's Corporate Performance & ESG Division is seeking a highly skilled ESG Product Marketing Manager to drive the growth of our ESG solution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating market readiness and engagement strategies that accelerate the ESG solution's adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough research and analysis of ESG market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  2. Product Positioning: Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our ESG products in the market.
  3. Content Creation: Create and manage a variety of content (e.g., sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts) to articulate the benefits of our ESG products to enterprise businesses.
  4. Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the necessary tools and materials to sell our ESG products effectively, including training sessions, product collateral, and custom sales strategies.
  5. Partner Enablement: Support the partner ecosystem with the necessary tools and materials to sell our ESG products effectively.
  6. Campaign Enablement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and adoption.
  7. Competitive Insight: Capture competitive intelligence and apply your knowledge to differentiate the solution and/or its messaging in the market.
  8. Analyst Support: Create differentiated messaging & materials for analyst briefings, inquiries, and RFPs.
  9. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product management, sales, corporate social responsibility) and external stakeholders (e.g., customers, partners, industry experts) to maximize ESG product impact.
  10. Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, gain insight, and assess against goals.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  2. At least 5 years of product marketing experience with a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product through its lifecycle.
  3. Strong understanding of ESG processes and their application in business.
  4. Experience in ESG, sustainability, or related field.
  5. Experience in marketing enterprise software solutions.
  6. Ability to translate complex topics into simple, clear, and intuitive language.
  7. Team player able to work within a global matrix organizational structure.
  8. Experience in creating marketing collateral & sales enablement tools.
  9. Fluency in English. Any other language is a plus.

Travel Requirements: Up to 20% global travel.
