Job Description:

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Spain, focusing on developing business in the Life Sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop business in assigned existing accounts by serving as the primary point of contact for client concerns and needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the right solutions for customers and enhance processes to prevent additional issues.
  • Strengthen client relationships to establish long-term partnerships, develop contracts, and explore up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Acquire new business by defining a strategy to acquire assigned accounts, initiating contacts with relevant stakeholders, and driving the sales process.
  • Contribute to identifying industry trends through customer feedback and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Attend relevant conferences across Europe in collaboration with our European Event Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in biology, biomedical sciences, health sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong networking capabilities and CRM skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records in CRM to track contact persons, responsibilities, corporate news on the account, and interactions.
