Job Description
We are seeking a Talent Management Senior Professional to join our Talent department, reporting to the Global Head of Talent at Cintra. In this strategic role, you will focus on the following core activities:
- Develop Key Talent Projects: Participate in the definition, design, and implementation of key development Talent projects for the Company, with a global focus and international perspective.
- Recruiting and Selection: Advise and influence internal stakeholders on recruiting, interviewing, and the selection process as required. Partner with key stakeholders to fully understand role profiles and help with the Talent Acquisition strategy in both nationally and internationally.
- Learning and Development: Participate and collaborate in the identification, design, implementation of Learning & Training initiatives in all geographies, aiming to improve the professional skills of the workforce and encourage the development and retention of talent within the company.
- HR Processes: Assist in implementing and coordinating HR processes, including Performance Evaluation Processes, Annual Bonus Payment, Talent Review & Succession Plans, individual development plans, and 360° assessments.
- Organizational Development: Participate in identifying and developing the organization's critical groups, monitor mobility plans, learning and development actions, and coordinate visibility actions.
- Global Collaboration: Work closely with different geographies as a key partner to exploit synergies and implement talent management processes, understanding their business requirements and supporting them to adopt these new processes.
- Data Analytics and Reporting: Support the Talent Reporting strategy, preparing and reporting global data regarding Talent Acquisition, Learning, Talent Review, Succession Plans, Critical employees, Mobility, Voluntary attrition, etc.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in human resources, especially in the people and talent field.
