About the Role

Cintra, a leading private-sector transportation infrastructure company, is seeking a highly skilled Talent Management Senior Professional to join its Talent department. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent, this strategic role will focus on driving business growth through effective talent management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Global Talent Acquisition: Participate in the definition, design, and implementation of key development talent projects, with a global focus and international perspective.
  • Talent Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to advise and influence recruiting, interviewing, and selection processes, ensuring alignment with role profiles.
  • Learning and Training: Identify, design, and implement learning and training initiatives across geographies, aiming to improve professional skills and encourage talent development and retention.
  • HR Processes: Assist in implementing and coordinating HR processes, including performance evaluation, annual bonus payment, talent review, succession planning, individual development plans, and 360-degree assessments.
  • Organizational Development: Participate in identifying and developing critical groups, monitoring mobility plans, learning and development actions, and coordinating visibility actions.
  • Global Data Analytics: Support the Talent Reporting strategy, preparing and reporting global data on talent acquisition, learning, talent review, succession plans, critical employees, mobility, voluntary attrition, and other key metrics.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in human resources, with a focus on people and talent management.
  • Experience in recruiting, learning, and talent development across different locations and multinational environments.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience working with Workday systems a plus.
  • Strong time management and prioritization capabilities, with ability to self-manage.
  • Ability to think strategically, with an eye for detail.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, influencing, and decision facilitation skills.
