Job Summary
We are seeking a Talent Management Senior Professional to join our Talent department, reporting to the Global Head of Talent at Cintra. In this strategic role, you will focus on key development projects, advising internal stakeholders on recruiting and selection processes, and collaborating on Learning & Training initiatives to improve workforce skills and talent retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Talent Development: Participate in defining, designing, and implementing key development projects with a global focus and international perspective.
- Talent Acquisition and Selection: Advise and influence internal stakeholders on recruiting, interviewing, and selection processes, partnering with stakeholders to understand role profiles and help with Talent Acquisition strategy.
- Learning and Development: Collaborate in identifying, designing, and implementing Learning & Training initiatives to improve professional skills and encourage talent development and retention.
- HR Processes: Assist in implementing and coordinating HR processes, including Performance Evaluation Processes, Annual Bonus Payment, Talent Review & Succession Plans, individual development plans, and 360o assessments.
- Talent Management: Participate in identifying and developing critical groups, monitoring mobility plans, learning and development actions, and coordinating visibility actions.
- Data Analytics and Reporting: Support the Talent Reporting strategy, preparing and reporting global data on Talent Acquisition, Learning, Talent Review, Succession Plans, Critical employees, Mobility, Voluntary attrition, etc.
Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in human resources, especially in the people and talent field.
