Descripción del rol:

Buscamos un profesional experimentado en gestión de talentos para unirse a nuestro equipo de Talent Management, reportando directamente al L&D Manager de Ferrovial Construcción.

El candidato seleccionado participará en proyectos estratégicos globales para desarrollar procesos de gestión de talentos.

Responsabilidades clave:

  • Participar en la definición, diseño e implementación de proyectos clave de desarrollo de recursos humanos para la empresa, con un enfoque global y perspectiva internacional.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con las diferentes geografías de Ferrovial Construcción como socio clave para explotar sinergias y implementar procesos de gestión de talentos, entendiendo las necesidades de los diferentes departamentos y apoyándolos en la adopción de estos nuevos procesos.
  • Asistir en la definición, diseño, implementación y coordinación de los procesos de gestión de talentos: revisión de talentos, planes de sucesión, planes de desarrollo individual y evaluaciones 360°.
  • Participar en la identificación de grupos críticos de la organización, monitorear planes de movilidad, acciones de aprendizaje y desarrollo, y coordinar acciones de visibilidad.
  • Analítica de datos: definir y homogeneizar la estrategia global de informes de talento. Preparar y presentar datos globales sobre revisión de talentos, planes de sucesión, empleados críticos, movilidad, rotación voluntaria, talento junior, etc.
  • Monitorear la implementación de los planes de desarrollo individual para las personas clave de la organización.
  • Participar y colaborar con las unidades de negocio de Ferrovial para mejorar la gestión de talentos y el módulo de aprendizaje Workday, y trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de soporte de TI para implementar los nuevos requisitos.

Requisitos:

  • Título universitario o postgrado en una área relacionada.
  • Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia en recursos humanos, especialmente en el campo de personas y talentos, en empresas de gran demanda.
  • Avance en Excel y PowerPoint.
  • Habilidades analíticas sólidas.
  • Experiencia en el sistema Workday será valorada.
  • Inglés es obligatorio; otros idiomas serán valorados.
  • Capacidad para construir relaciones efectivas a todos los niveles organizativos.
  • Habilidades colaborativas, visión estratégica, empuje para hacer que las cosas sucedan y hambre de éxito.
